support
tendTwo is made by one person in Sydney. If something isn't working, or you have a question, email hello@tendtwo.com.au and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. It helps to tell us what phone you're using and what you were doing when the problem happened.
delete your account
In the app, tap me at the bottom of the screen, scroll to the bottom and tap delete my account, then confirm. If you haven't set up or joined a home yet, you'll find delete my account on the screen you see instead. If you can't use the app, email us from the address you sign in with.
Our delete account page covers what's deleted, what happens to a home you share, and how long it takes.
leave a household
Tap me, then household, then leave on your own row. You keep your account. Your notes, profile photo, private spaces and private items go with you; things you shared stay with the home and your partner. Leave only appears once your partner has joined.
If you're the only member, tap delete this home and start over at the bottom of the same screen.
turn off notifications
To choose which nudges you get, tap me, then the ๐ at the top right, and switch off any you don't want. To stop all notifications, turn them off for tendTwo in your phone's settings.
turn AI chat on or off
Chat is optional, and each of you decides for yourself. Turn it on or off any time in your profile (me). With it off, tendTwo works by hand and nothing about you goes to our AI provider. The Privacy Policy (section 5) lists exactly what's sent when it's on.
your cycle
Tap me, then cycle awareness. From there you can switch sharing with your partner off, switch cycle awareness off (your history is kept), or tap delete my cycle history to delete it for good.
your notes and your data
To see, correct or delete the notes tendTwo has kept about you from your chats, or to get a copy of your data, email us. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who can see it.
